Smothered Chicken:

Ingredients:
- 2- 3 oz Chicken Breasts
- Paprika
- Salt
- Pepper
- Garlic Powder
- 1 cup Spinach
- 1/2 cup Mushrooms
- 2 slices Sargento Thinly sliced provolone cheese
Saute the spinach and mushrooms in about a 1/2 Tbsp of olive oil, then when done, put in a bowl off to the side. Sprinkle both sides of the chicken breasts with paprika, salt, pepper, and garlic powder (this is the first time I did this, normally I just use salt and pepper--also got this . Add another 1/2 Tbsp to the same skillet, cook chicken on both sides until done. Then put the spinach and mushrooms on top of the chicken, then add the provolone cheese. Voila, you are done.
For sides, I add steamed broccoli with a little bit of cheese, and italian herb potatoes with garlic. It was so good!
